Here we are at the end of day 1 of cheer camp. We had so much fun coming up with nicknames for all of us!! <3
Let's see who can guess who is who??
Wow! I cannot believe that there are 24 more days before students come back!! While I will still be teaching the same grade and subject, this year will be so different than last year. The integration of 1:1 iPads for all the 7th graders will alter the atmosphere of my room tremendously. I can’t wait to have my students write their own blogs, create their own movies, and learn not only how to read and write, but be able to learn how top be successful with technology.
I am not a “technology” teacher, but I am a teacher who will utilize all technology available to my students and me.
I’m ready to embark on this journey this year…
Even though I wish summer was just a little bit longer. 🙂
Check it out!

Hello everyone! Man, it has been a crazy first half of summer. I have been so busy with various trainings and meetings, sometimes I think my brain will explode!
I have so many ideas and plans that I want to incorporate next year, I am not sure how I will even begin! I am definitely looking forward to the challenge. After the first little bit, I think everything will just begin to flow together. I have to go run off to my next meeting!
I’ll write you later!
This is my first attempt at writing a blog! We shall see how it goes throughout the year. I am hoping to document my entire summer and next school year as we embark upon our journey into 1:1 apple iPads in 7th grade.Â
